要求

• 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請
• 初級職位至少 1 至 2 年，高階職位至少 3 至 4 年工業水處理系統工作經驗。
• 最好具有廢水/超純水環境的電氣控制和機械操作的基礎/中級知識
• 學士學位（科學/工程/技術）。
• 了解環境部和安全與健康部執行的相關法律和法規的基本知識。
• 候選人必須擁有自己的交通工具並持有有效的汽車駕駛執照。
• 願意出差，具備良好的溝通與領導能力。
• 具備 ISO 9001、ISO 14001 和 ISO 45001 標準的工作經驗。
• 擁有 CePIETSO（BP、PCP）認證的工業廢水處理系統環境專家的合格人員將獲得額外優勢。
• 候選人需要在檳城和居林工地工作。

Responsibilities

• To provide sales and services to existing and prospective customers
• To provide Industrial water treatment plant solutions and improvement plans to customer.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Plan, Organize and Control task for Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians
• Support superior offices in the Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Supervisors and Technicians
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned service orders.
• Attend site visit, as and when required, and interact with existing and prospective customers with the aim of securing business orders.
• Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the work orders.
• Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and ehrn required.
• Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Minimum 1 to 2 years for Junior , 3 to 4 years working experience in Industrial Water Treatment System for Senior positions.
• Preferably with basic / intermediate knowledge of Electrical Controls and Mechanical Operation on waste water / ultrapure water environment
• Bachelor's Degree (Science / Engineering/Technology).
• Basic knowledge of relevant laws and legislations which are enforced by Department of Environment and Department of Safety & Health.
• Candidates must have own transport and with valid car driving license.
• Willing to travel and with good communication & leadership skills.
• Working experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Competent person with CePIETSO (BP,PCP) Certified Environmental Professional in Industrial Effluent Treatment System will be added advantage.
• Candidate require to work in Penang & Kulim site.
• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients

• Design for retail and channel SSD drive packaging and tray
• Design for SSD OEM packaging and tray for shipment
• Responsible in development for SSD new product qual packaging design for manufacturing
• Working with R&D team for new material qualification for SSD packaging
• Drive supplier FAI qualification and new design process qualification were validation with automation process 
• Ensure New product qualification in reliability, shock and vibration test meet logistic shipping requirements
• Develop and establish SSD packaging design methodology for design for manufacturing

• Coordinating SSD mechanical qualification efforts for new products and change in designs, materials, or processes 
• Involve in mechanical reliability test include but not limited to solder joint analysis, environmental test, mechanical stress & solderability
• Providing recommendations on product release based on package reliability test results
• Jointly assess risk associated with excursions, conversions, reliability  ,qualification issues.
• Manage reliability schedule plan to stakeholders and provide progress update in timely manner
• Coordinate with technician to perform daily execution to meet project schedule
• Initiate failure tracker in JIRA and ensure it's properly closed
• Review Mechanical test result and provide recommendation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy, and tactics.
• The most important being the ability to work with the team to assure the good execution.
• The individual will work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity, and cycle time.
• Knowledgeable in the UBA, SBA, BA Rework, Reflow Oven, Flux Cleaner, BA LD ULD, High Pressure Cleaner and Ultrasonic equipment.
• Documentation: SOP, WI, FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.
• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
• Responsible for new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
• Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down & yield enhancement program.
• Ensure robustness of process control to meet yield & thru-put expectation.
• Report any non-conformance/customer complains issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions.

Fully participate to resolve the issue thru teamwork and be the main coordinator for any internal/ external audit programs.
