· Oversee LMU team in Town Council, to ensure lift performance meet TCMR requirement, Green Bands for both categories and Green Band for every Division
· Oversee the LMU team in Town Council to ensure P-Trapped
· Plan lift testing schedule before expiry of lifts & return completed schedule and submit to SPE and GM (EMS) / Engineers (LMU)
· All lifts to be tested including submission for PTO before the expiry month
· Ensure testing defect letters send out and ensure Lift Companies rectify defects
· Submit test report including verified defect letters for Engineers (LMU) to endorse
· Process cyclical / project management fee claims invoices & ensure no claim to be left out
· Submit the completed handling fee monitoring list to EMS (GM) / Engineers (LMU)
· Communicate the WSH requirement to Technicians half yearly and ensure document of the communication is done
· Conduct Tool Box meeting fortnightly & submit to EMS monthly for retention
· Agreed Damages cases for lift breakdown rates and lifts with more than 2/3 breakdowns per month
· ARD Failure Percentage and ARD Inoperative (ARDI cases)
· Plan of Budget and Expenditure
· Attend lift incident case during and after office hours & submit report
· No adverse complaint from TC on technical support to TC on lift matters
