£50,000-£55,000 (DOE) - Rising to £61,000 with training plan!

Our client is a leading food manufacturing company, the site is part of a larger national organisation. Due to growth and further expansion within the factory, they are looking for a Site Service Engineer to join the facilities & site services team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical & mechanical fault finding, repairs and testing of all site services & infrastructure that supports manufacturing
- 75% PPM's and testing of systems, 25% reactive & breakdowns
- Industrial boilers, steams systems, vacuum pumps, air compressors, driers
- CHP plant, water & effluent management, refrigeration - CO2, Ammonia & Glycol
- HVAC, facilities, chillers, utilities
- Site services projects & continuous improvement work
- Working on pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must be a multi-skilled engineer - electrical & mechanical fault finding skills
- Dealt with pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics
- At least 5 years' experience outside of training/apprenticeship as a site services, utilities or facilities
- Minimum NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 qualified
- Must have completed some form of apprenticeship
- Refrigeration experience - CO2, ammonia & glycol
- Beneficial if worked in high-care food manufacturing
- Must have worked with industrial boilers
- BOAS qualified
- 17th or 18th Edition beneficial
