We are looking for an innovative Technical Support Engineer who is passionate in research, design, prototyping, project management documentation, Product support for advanced automated machine and IoT 4.0 system.

As an Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, programming and product troubleshooting for CMS’s product. You are required to work closely with the Sales team, customer and manufacturer to ensure the customer use CMS product with optimum performance.

Job detail & reponsibilites

• A recognized Degree/Master in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in related field.
• Working experience in Industrial Robot (Scara, cartesian and Wafer Transfer), Servo,Stepper motor, knowledge in motion control, IOT 4.0 knowledge & PLC programming will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in electrical wiring drawing.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Visualbasic, C++ and ladder logic programming.
• Troubleshoot product related error.
• Travel outstation to support product's issue at customer side.
• Self starter and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Need to be able speak Mandarin to communicate with Taiwan, If able to speak Japanese will be more advantage.

• Work under the general supervision of the Engineer who makes assignments in terms of objectives, priorities, and possible course of action.
• Perform recurring tasks independently, applying knowledge gained through experience in the practical applications of the methods and techniques of civil engineering and construction management.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision making in construction quality assurance (QA) determinations.
• Perform nonprofessional civil engineering work involved in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction of Cape Cod Canal project buildings, structures, and facilities.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate the execution of a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects which include certain new features and nonstandard design characteristics.
• Perform complete engineering projects of relatively limited scope, and portions of larger, more diverse projects throughout the entire geographic area.

• You will serve as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER in the CRANE ENGINEERING SECTION (CODE 211) of the WATERFRONT SUPPORT DEPARTMENT (CODE 200) TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY (TRIREFFAC) located in KINGS BAY, GA.
• You will be assigned as a Crane Mechanical Engineering liaison representative between TRIREFFAC Crane Engineering Branch and other departments, commands, etc.
• You will provide field investigation, including accident evaluations for accomplishment of design, maintenance, operation, inspection, testing, overhaul and alterations in accordance with NAVFAC P-307 and other guidance.
• You will design the mechanical altercations to existing WHE/MHE systems necessary to accommodate changing conditions and requirements, and review proposed mechanical alterations and engineering reports.
• You will ensure adequacy of design for changes to existing Weight and Material Handling Equipment (WHE/MHE) assigned to the Kings Bay complex.
