• You will work as SSD (Solid State Drive) package integration engineer in packaging engineering group.
• Leads new SSD product development from concept design and qualification to mass production.
• Generate innovative product concepts and transform them into tangible, market-ready products.
• Work closely with global functional teams in US, India, South Korea, and Israel, review feasibility design drawings and propose design options.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams, validate design options through characterization builds, perform comprehensive DFX (Design for eXellence) analysis, including DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), DFRW (Design for Rework), as well as Cost and UPH (unit per hour) analysis, review mechanical and electrical simulations, initiate assembly process flow, and deliver most optimized design for manufacturing with yield and quality.
• Ensuring build readiness, execute package qualification plan, follow up package reliability status, investigate and close failures on time.
• Monitor assembly and test yield on engineering/customer sample and low volume production builds. Drive yield improvement and manage excursions.
• Lead new product from low volume to high volume production transition with yield and quality meeting goals.
• Ensure FMEA, SOD, Control Plan, recipe guideline, SPC and other assembly controls are ready prior to high volume production.
• Lead new technology transition (new wafer tech/process/material) from engineering stage to volume production.

Position Summary: The Mechanical Testing and Reliability Technician is responsible for conducting mechanical tests to ensure product durability and performance. This role involves hands-on work with electro-mechanical lab equipment

• Mechanical and Environmental Testing: Perform mechanical testing, including vibration, shock, HALT, Insertion, and drop testing, as well as accelerated environmental testing in compliance with reliability standards.

• Lab Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain electro-mechanical lab equipment such as environmental chambers, vibration testers, shock testers, drop testers, and other relevant testing tools.

• Measurement and Data Analysis: Utilize measurement devices such as oscilloscopes, microscopes, strain gauges, and accelerometers to gather data, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.

• Schematics and Drawings Interpretation: Read and interpret simple schematics and mechanical drawings to guide testing procedures and fixture design.

• Test Fixture Development: Co-develop and design custom mechanical test fixtures for various package form factors

As a Test Engineer -Process, you will lead the Project improvement in Burn In area, and support execution and manufacturing issues related to Test Process, and continue improve manufacturing issues with new ideas from time to time through close collaboration across teams and disciplines. In addition, you'll drive Test Process improvements to make our systems more robust and scalable via systematic and proper tools.

Position Summary:

The Sustaining Program Manager (SPM) leads & drives deliverables through Sustaining Core Team (SCT) with full program/s ownership by prioritizing resources to ensure sustaining products (higher volume products) consistently meet volume requirement, quality & reliability, engineering KPI and cost goals.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain customer-specific product requirements, assess and recommend engineering solutions, upon approval from SCT, drive execution to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with Engineering related majors
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven record in program or project management leadership position
• Experience with Semiconductor Packaging & PCBA (SMT) manufacturing and test processes.
• Familiar with Product Life Cycle and new product development processes

• Participates in designing a complete comprehensive framework of Functional Product Test Plan for any specific Memory or SSD product (SATA,SAS,PCIe).
• Participates in designing processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
• Conceives system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses.
• Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems.
• Participates in designing, developing, and implementing effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for NPI phases of product development and manufacturing.
• Provides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
• Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
