The CNC Process Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

1. Technical Analysis: Conducting thorough technical analyses to identify areas for improvement in CNC machining processes.

2. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that CNC machining processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Assessing potential hazards, developing safety protocols, and implementing measures to minimize risks to personnel and the environment.

3. Quality Control: Maintaining product quality by implementing robust quality control measures throughout the CNC machining process. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, conducting quality inspections, and troubleshooting quality issues.

4. Process Optimization: Continuously working to optimize CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Documenting CNC process designs, operating procedures, and performance data. Providing clear and comprehensive reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.

6. Training and Support: Providing training and support to CNC machine operators and other personnel involved in implementing and operating CNC machining processes.

7. Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CNC machining.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), or equivalent.

- Proven experience in CNC machining processes and operations.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the engineering and manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge and skills in SPC/MSA/8D

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1)   Assists Design Manager/Supervisor in machine concept & design.

2)  Discuss with related customers & take necessary measurements of sample parts before designing.

3)   Design machine jigs, fixtures and parts

4)   Modify/ additional / replacement parts drawing.

5)  Ensure all drawings draught have to approved according to documents registration flow chart.

6)    Ensure design activity record to be filled up accurately.

REQUIRED SKILL & QUALIFICATION:

1)   Minimum with Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

2)   Knowledge in Autocad / Inventor software

3)   At least 2-3 years working experience in related field.

4) Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage

Job Description:

• Assist and demonstrated in electrical and electronic circuits, and devices, and a strong aptitude for working with sensors, and actuator applications, as well as proficiency in programming.
• Proficiency in practical, hands-on tasks, including working with wires, soldering, and utilizing tools essential for assembling and integrating animatronics systems/solutions into brick models.
• To execute the build of any brick components/parts design given from immediate supervisor and to develop 3D designing skills.
• To manage and plan the timeline given in order to progress the whole bricks models productions/projects.
• Must always be a good team player and work together with the team to achieve the team’s ultimate goal.
• Close collaboration with the Lead Designer to work on the visual style of the products.
• To coordinate some milestone and progress with other departments i.e (steel and composite).
• To perform other duties as and when it is required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design/ Arts/ Creative/ Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
