Chief Digital Engineer
Key Role:
Orchestrate the development of a system of interest, encompassing hardware or software, through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Apply advanced theories, principles and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision and assume responsibility for supervision and development of first level supervisors or managers.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with digital engineering tools, methods, and processes
Experience in the Space Systems domain
Knowledge of SySML and Modeling and Simulation
Ability to lead large teams, proposal efforts, marketing campaigns, and IRAD efforts
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Cameo, Sparx, Rhapsody, DOORS, Teamcenter, Windchill, Matlab, STK, Modelcenter, and AFSIM
Knowledge of RMF, UML, UAF, and DoDAF
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science preferred; Doctorate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science a plus
OCSMP and INCOSE SEP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
