We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a comprehensive ERP system enhancement
project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration of upgrades across the
organisation’s supply chain, including procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in change management, cross-functional collaboration, risk management,
compliance, and enterprise data governance. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a
strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical implementation Supply Chain Processes
a. Lead the technical implementation of enhanced supply chain processes
b. Work closely with IT teams and internal stakeholders to ensure technical
requirements are met and properly integrated into the supply chain system
c. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new system features and
functionalities
d. Ensure that the technical solutions align with the overall goals and strategies of the
supply chain division
2. Change Management
a. Oversee the comprehensive change management process within our supply chain.
b. Develop and implement strategies to manage the transition effectively
c. Ensure smooth integration of system upgrades across the organization.
d. Facilitate training and support for employees to adapt to new systems and
processes.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
a. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various divisions within the organisation
and external partners.
b. Ensure alignment of the SAP upgrade with the unique needs and requirements of
each division.
c. Serve as a liaison between different functional areas to streamline processes and
achieve project goals.
4. Risk Management & Compliance
a. Identify and mitigate risks associated with system downtime, data migration errors,
and potential disruptions to business operations.
b. Implement robust risk management processes during the transition phase.
c. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding the
integrity and security of data and operations.
d. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.
5. Enterprise Data Governance
a. Act as the focal point for Supply Chain regarding changes to enterprise data.
b. Assess the governance and impact of data changes on the supply chain.
c. Ensure proper documentation and communication of data governance policies and
procedures.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience in system implementation and change management within a supply chain context
3. Proficiency and understanding of SAP applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple divisions and external partners.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
8. Experience in enterprise data governance and data management best practices.
9. Demonstrated experience in the technical implementation of supply chain and procurement processes
