YOUR ROLE:

The Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support an on-premises cloud infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Puppet/Chef/Elk/Azure/Openstack. The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering or related discipline
• Experience in maintenance, engineering and project management activities within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from an oral solid dosage formulation plant
• Equipped with strong people management experience and understanding of local regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Experience in greenfield/ brownfield project, including handling large-scale engineering projects will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of GMP, EHS, and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies will be advantageous
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to effectively present strategies and solutions with stakeholders/ cross-functional teams

Your key responsibilities:

We're seeking a Head of Engineering, Technology Architecture, and Operations to lead our Central Engineering group consisting of Solution Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Backend Engineering, Technology Service & Program Management, Quality Engineering and SDET.
