Summary
Teledyne Controls is seeking a seasoned Assembler to performs all phases of rework, electronic component replacements on thru-hole and Surface Mount assemblies, and minor mechanical assembly.
Essential duties:
Component fine pitch soldering and de-soldering.
Wire crimping and harnessing.
Minor mechanical assembly.
Able to perform fine-pitch soldering, a must.
Performs various complex electronic assembly operations such as Harnessing and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) builds.
Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing various complex electronic assembly operations.
Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
Records information on production records, logs and other report forms.
Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
Must be able to operate microscope for extended periods of time, follow drawings, torque tools, measuring devices.
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least a minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
J-STD--001, IPC-A-610 or IPC-620 certified strongly preferred.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Application tools: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Salary Range:
$49,830.00-$66,550.000
