Job Overview

-To work as a member of the Mitie Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team, working closely with the Regional Service Manager and Service Desk to ensure best use of the field Engineering resource.

-Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PPM, Reactive calls and additional Small Works assigned to them.

-To ensure compliance with all Legal and Regulatory requirements.

-To support the business Service strategy and to deliver the required customer service and financial performance.

Main Duties

-Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of, Fire Extinguishers and associated equipment and products to relevant legislative and Company's qualitative standards.

-Where required will plan and organise own work programme to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and organised way.

-Complete all appropriate documentation and records, in a timely fashion to the required standards.

-Support the rota schedule as required, to maintain a reliable and responsive out of hour's service for customers.

-From time to time may be required to work outside of normal geographic Business Unit area to provide sickness, holiday and workload cover.

-Will actively attend and participate in any company initiated training and maintain an up to date knowledge of technical aspects of role.

The role:

As Special Process Engineer, you will work alongside the Quality Manager and are responsible for all Nadcap accredited process (e.g., Heat Treatment, Welding, etc...) ensuring internal audits are conducted, and appropriate systems are embedded within the businesses QMS to ensure that processes used, and products produced during their manufacturing cycle meet the applicable quality standards required by our internal procedures, customers & regulatory bodies. The Role:

The Senior Cybersecurity Biometrics Engineer (Level 3) is a senior level position that will be responsible for performing Level 3 operations work in the Authentication Services space on the enterprise platform, which is supported by 24x7 * 365 days across the globe.

This role will require development knowledge to work most effectively with application developers in troubleshooting issues related to application code, but there will not be direct coding to be done. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas Plant, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract. You must ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards and all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales. You need to also participate on the On-Call Rota.

You should be capable to monitor of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety, you need to issue appropriate permits, control small work and escort duties as required. You must ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified. You need to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, complete the appropriate paperwork and reports and ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales.

You will have a full current driving licence. Must have strong customer care focus, good communication skills and proactive skills. You should be able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults. You must be capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner.

The ideal candidate would be qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role. You must have experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable). You should have strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.

Job Overview

-To work as a member of the Mitie Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team, working closely with the Regional Service Manager and Service Desk to ensure best use of the field Engineering resource.

-Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PPM, Reactive calls and additional Small Works assigned to them.

-To ensure compliance with all Legal and Regulatory requirements.

-To support the business Service strategy and to deliver the required customer service and financial performance.

Main Duties

-Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of, Fire Extinguishers and associated equipment and products to relevant legislative and Company's qualitative standards.

-Where required will plan and organise own work programme to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and organised way.

-Complete all appropriate documentation and records, in a timely fashion to the required standards.

-Support the rota schedule as required, to maintain a reliable and responsive out of hour's service for customers.

-From time to time may be required to work outside of normal geographic Business Unit area to provide sickness, holiday and workload cover.
