• Participate in risk analysis workshops and safety reviews to contribute with Integrity engineering expertise and support the Operations team.
• Contribute to the attendance to the maintenance and equipment inspection policies, regarding to the Reliability Engineering, by applying the guidelines and lessons learned from the Technical management.
• Monitor process safety barriers' KPIs and provide technical recommendation, when necessary, to ensure the
• effectiveness of process safety barriers to maintain the facility's operation within ALARP level. Furthermore, it is extremely important to ensure the verification of the safety devices as safety valves, rupture discs, flare, etc., based on written procedures, in order to ensure safe condition for operation of equipment.
• Elaborate technical recommendations or actions plans to meet the Operations needs and feedbacks of the Technical management, Fleet maintenance support, subcontractors, and Operations areas.
• Contribute to effective planning and monitoring of shutdown and decommissioning (equipment and offshore unit) plans by defining the shutdown scope (equipment list, NDT exam, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs, or modifications to be carried out) related to controlled equipment, through legal compliance and integrity evaluation.
• Organize the activities related to NR 13 / SPIE together with the Equipment Inspectors from the Offshore Units, by including files and documentation, such as official books, calibration certificates, internal and external inspections, inspection reports, hydro-test and carrying out audit in the manufacturers.
• Ensure the proper register of all Pressure Vessels, PSV, Boilers and all others static equipment by developing datasheets and inspections reports and filling in the integrity management software (SGI) with reliable and updated data on this equipment.
• Contribute to fleet performance improvement by constantly cooperating with other Tiers and Modec entities, to absorb and apply all lessons learnt from other Unit Phases (Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning) for the new vessels in construction, as well as provide new lessons learnt and improvement opportunities discovered during the Pre-Ops project.
• Sporadic follow ups in the shipyard during the Construction Phase and visits to vendors' factories might be required for these activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree of Mechanical or Naval Engineering is required for SPIE.
• CREA is required. Certification as Welding Inspector (SNQC) IS-N2 is a competitive edge.
• Engineer JR: 2 years of overall experience is expected. Previous experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas area is a competitive edge. Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring that the Electrical Integrity Inspection scope of work is executed with technical excellence, acting as a technical reference and local legal representative, focusing on the Electrical Integrity Management Process, ensuring the execution of inspections, generation of recommendations, quality assurance and quality control of subcontractors, and development and improvement of inspection plans, in order to maximize reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and integrity of assets (RAMSI), as well as contributing to the Operations procedures and achievement of results established for the business.

Job Description:

• Responsible for acting as driver of operations performance enhancement for the assigned unit, by monitoring and managing the plant's main KPIs, supporting Technical Support departments to ensure proper studies and analysis to attack root causes on deviations detected, supporting the Operations Manager in the interface with the client and authorities, in order to continuously enhance operation efficiency, thus contributing to the safe operation and the production and revenue target achievement, contributing to the business continuity and its growth.

i. TV Studios & OB Support (TVS)

• To support the design, installation and maintenance of broadcast enterprise systems for Studio Production, Location Unit and Outside Media Production. He/She assists in delivering infrastructure projects, which includes system integration, acceptance tests and enhancement work.
• To perform preventive and corrective maintenance of broadcast related equipment and infrastructure which involves delivering infrastructure projects as per technical instructions, standard procedures and learning on-the-job in maintaining TV Studios, Outside Broadcast Production, OB van systems/ equipment and Parliament House for live broadcast and production.
• To assist in the setup and provide technical support of production facilities for major events coverage.

ii. Media Delivery (MD)

• To support the design, installation and maintenance of allocated parts of the organisation's linear and non-linear media equipment and infrastructure.
• To assist in delivering Contribution infrastructure projects which includes maintenance on microwave link, fibre link, cellular data bonding link and other types of wired and wireless links equipment and infrastructure which involve delivering Media Contribution projects as per technical instructions, standard procedures and learning on-the-job in a project environment.
• To assist in the setup and support the media connectivity and delivery from outside locations to base for live broadcast and production.

iii. Technical Support (BE IP)

• To support the design, installation and maintenance of broadcast enterprise and production IP infra media network.

Contribute to the compliance with the sector regulation (MPT, SPIE regulation/NR-13, etc.), by developing and executing inspections plans within the Static Structure Integrity coordination scope, focusing on Operational security needs, as well as monitoring KPI`s actions plans and elaborating SPIE reports.

Contribute to fleet performance improvement and safety by analyzing MOCs, TQs, NOIs, performing RCAs/FMEAs etc., and providing technical recommendations to support the Operation team.

Monitor process safety barriers' KPIs and provide technical recommendation, when necessary, to ensure the effectiveness of process safety barriers to maintain the facility's operation within ALARP level. Furthermore, it is extremely important to ensure the verification of the safety devices as safety valves, rupture discs, flare, etc., based on written procedures, in order to ensure safe condition for operation of equipment.

Elaborate technical recommendations or actions plans to meet the Operations needs and feedbacks of the Technical management, Fleet maintenance support, subcontractors, and Operations areas

Support MdB's BID/EPCI process by providing technical review and O&M cost review through bidding team and pre-ops team.

Participate in workshops with offshore inspectors and provide technical recommendations in order to ensure that their work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation.

Sporadic embarkations on the vessels might be required for these activities.

Assist the organization in the external and internal audits by conducting the evaluation and approval of the

documentation requested by the legislation, providing the necessary clarifications regarding the integrity management system and the required evidence related to the controlled equipment. Moreover, record (information traceability) and analyze the audit results, defining or proposing actions to eliminate non- conformities.

Contribute to effective planning and monitoring of shutdown and decommissioning (equipment and offshore unit) plans by defining the shutdown scope (equipment list, NDT exam, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs, or modifications to be carried out) related to controlled equipment, through legal compliance and integrity evaluation.

Organize the activities related to NR 13 / SPIE together with the Equipment Inspectors from the Offshore Units, by including files and documentation, such as official books, calibration certificates, internal and external inspections, inspection reports, hydro-test and carrying out audit in the manufacturers.

Ensure that the information is addressed clearly and objectively so that everyone involved has a full understanding of this information. As well as establishing the integration between the departments involved in order to consolidate the quality of the information flow from the identification to the closing of the deviation and/or improvement.

Contribute to the definition if an equipment has or not condition to operate satisfactorily in order to ensure Operations reliability by participating in decisions or developing technical studies and informing to the involved ones the results of inspection reports, repairs or replacements recommended to restore the physical conditions in satisfactory levels.

Contribute to the hiring of 3rd parties to perform inspections on SPIE/NR13 Equipment and draw inspection isometrics by properly defining Scope of Work and participating in Kick-Off Meetings with potential suppliers.

Ensure the compliance with NR13 / MdB specifications in the fabrication of equipment by attending Hydrostatic Test at Manufacturer Workshop.

Ensure that all equipment is in condition to operate, complying with internal standards, NR13/SPIE specifications, by generating "punch items" lists as outputs of the initial inspections and following up the development of action plans on these lists.

Ensure the proper register of all Pressure Vessels, PSV, Boilers and all others static equipment by developing datasheets and inspections reports and filling in the integrity management software (SGI) with reliable and updated data on this equipment.

Ensure that Integrity Inspectors' and PSV Mechanical Technicians' work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation, as well as complying with NR13/SPIE standards and procedures, by planning and following up the distribution of activities of inspection plans and providing technical recommendations when necessary.

Contribute to fleet performance improvement by constantly cooperating with other Tiers and Modec entities, to absorb and apply all lessons learnt from other Unit Phases (Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning) for the new vessels in construction, as well as provide new lessons learnt and improvement opportunities discovered during the Pre-Ops project.

Sporadic follow ups in the shipyard during the Construction Phase and visits to vendors' factories might be required for these activities.

Overall Job Purpose

To independently define concepts and critical deliverables, plan, manage, direct, control, approve and deliver engineering deliverables required in multiple projects effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all Process related technical issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Understands the specific technical requirements of the assigned projects (may include Construction, Commissioning and Offshore assignment) and Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.

• Independently evaluates bids received for special process packages from suppliers, performs or directs others to perform a technical bid evaluation process, involves in cost estimation, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications and gives assessment to the Buyer who will follow up in the tender evaluation, price negotiation and award process.
• Approves drawings and documents from team members as well as 3rd party-generated study reports and ensures the timely provision of accurate documents and specifications to the vendor/sub-contractor to enable thee to execute their work and deliverables.
• Independently manages/develops/provides advice on solutions to technical/engineering and related issues by reviewing the issues/data and analysis and evaluating various options/measures using expert knowledge, seasoned experience and precedents and professional references where necessary.
• Reports any deviation from MODEC standard specification and practices, concept change to Department manager and seek his approval on the solution.
• Anticipates potential problems and takes preventive actions and independently handles variations in project execution. Develop unique solutions for complex technical problems that may include new design concept.
• Visits critical process suppliers, checks and tests process items to ensure that they function as per specifications. Where necessary, works with the concerned suppliers/contractors to rectify the issues and ensures that they comply with the specifications and are ready on time.

• Independently evaluate the Process requirement for all packages in Marine & Topside, contributes to technical bid evaluation process, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in Process engineering in oil and gas sector for degree holders or minimum 14 years of relevant working experience for Master degree holder. Overall Job Purpose

The Role

· To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Process or Chemical) with 14 to 17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering (Process or Chemical) with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 10 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered.

· Specialist knowledge of at least Three MODEC or related project line.

· Ability to define concepts of completion process.

· Experience of High Capacity Process Production Systems and EPCIC to handover to operations.

· Experience in Complex Gas Compression, Injection, Export Systems and Thermodynamic requirements for Heat Recovery and Steam systems.

· Have proven project experience and skills within the field of Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning execution and startup at offshore

· Experience in offshore plant startup and stabilization and able to provide Operations with technical support throughout start-up, stabilization and performance testing
