To be responsible for the design, installation and management of the Network Infrastructure, Unified Communications and Server Infrastructure. Provide strong trouble shooting and technical skills to resolve complicated issues using the relevant diagnostic tools. Liaising with and providing detailed information to third party suppliers where necessary to resolve issues. Oversee the management of 3rd line Infrastructure support incidents & problems. Ensure systems are regularly tested, resilient, secure and meeting the companys needs.
