Job Summary:
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our
metal stamping, die making, and metal part manufacturing processes. You will develop
and implement quality assurance protocols and collaborate closely with production and
engineering teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and defects.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and guide staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in metal manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
