Experienced Learning & Development Advisor required to join a prestigious residential developer based in Hampshire. Collaborating with their trainee & development, HR, recruitment & senior leadership team to drive progression and knowledge throughout the business.
This Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for encouraging learning & development throughout the business, cultivating the L&D business model, acquiring appropriate resources, advising career development processes, including career ladders, and providing relevant information, organising & arranging any required funding for further education, training & support.
As Learning & Development Advisor you will also provide support to the Senior leadership team & Line Managers with mentoring, performance development plans & internal training.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a learning & development role, preferably within the construction industry. Previous experience sourcing reliable training & development material. As well as a strong understanding of HR processes & GDPR.
