The class teachers in these settings focus on EHCP outcomes and deliver the majority of subjects to students. Core subjects such as Maths and English are delivered by specialist teachers and can access a number of accreditations such as Entry Level English and Maths.

This post will deliver a Community Living curriculum to the majority of the Community Living Pathway students in a way that is adapted and appropriate for the individual needs of the students.

The successful candidates will:

• Have experience of teaching young people with Autism or Special Educational Needs within the primary or secondary sector or have a specific interest in developing their teaching skills in a special school setting.
