An opportunity has arisen for Compliance & Training Manager with ideally 3 years of experience in the care sector to join a reputable provider of home care services.
In this role you will collaborate with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to drive exceptional standards of quality assurance, compliance, and training throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Perform client and care staff assessments, maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct biannual QA reviews with clients and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain and audit care assessments, risk assessments, and care records.
- Contribute to CQC inspections and liaise with social care teams.
- Manage and deliver staff training while developing and updating training materials.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Compliance & Training Manageror in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements.
- Skilled in office and IT.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK and undergo a DBS check.
