What you will do, but not limited to:
● Run all operational tasks from the learning program including student management, learning tools management, data, and document management.
● Ensuring student learning journeys meet with the learning planned.
● Maintaining student engagement during the learning process.
● Following up on student feedback with the stakeholders.
● Managing learning facilitators team.
● Conduct the post-learning activities including student graduation, student report, and mentor rating.
● Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; any major may apply.
● Having 2+ years of experience in student services, faculty services, or similar roles.
● Well-organized and have good attention to detail.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Experienced in managing a team/group.
