Duties/Responsibilities:
Deploy and monitor resources (including staff) efficiently and effectively to meet students’ needs

Regularly meet with DLSAs and LSAs to aid consistency of information and share good practice.
Maintain accurate records of LSA support
Organise, deliver and assess training for Learning Support Assistants
Liaise with all stakeholders (students, staff, parent/carers, external agencies)
Attend student interviews, open evenings/days to promote the Foundation Learning department.
Follow and contribute to college policies and procedures
Manage and contribute to the personal care of the cohort

About the role
