With over 80 classes a week, the days are filled with fitness fun. You will be responsible for providing high end and exclusive personal training sessions, tailored made to our vast client base- this will include supporting with the development and delivering of our fitness programmes. You will also be expected to teach classes, such as indoor cycle, aqua, stretch and body conditioning to name a few.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Norton Knatchbull School is looking to appoint an excellent Teacher of Mathematics to start in November 2024. Three exciting new leadership opportunities have arisen for inspirational and experienced consultants who want to help shape the education and training of current and future doctors in one of the largest trusts in the country. The Medical Education Department is offering three Care Group Directors of Medical Education roles which will attract 4 PAs that will form part of a 10PA consultant role (specialty – see below).

Post holders will support the Director of Medical Education and will each hold a specific portfolio of work aligned to the Trust’s Care Groups and overseeing and coordinating work around the education and training of medical students and junior doctors at all levels. You will work collaboratively at Care Group Associate Medical Director and managing director level. For any candidate considering a clinical substantive role in the trust but who may be keen to add a significant senior education component please contact the Director of Medical Education for an informal discussion.

You will lead a team to ensure processes for learner support (additional support, SRTT, LTFT, Flexible Portfolio Training and more) are implemented effectively in collaboration with other stakeholders including departments, rota coordinators, OH for example.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant educational management and leadership skills and experience including the management of education programmes and resources.
