- Work towards Internal and External branding and accreditations in the Learning & Talent Development space for the organization
Design & Development
- Design and develop programs to drive measurable outcomes in collaboration with the key stakeholders
- Career Frameworks, Competency Architectures and related systems/processes
- Design programs and initiatives for Talent Management – Assessment, Identification, Profiling, Classification, GAP Identification, Skill Development, Evaluation
- Drive Effective Change Management
- Drive external vendor engagements and maintain an active pipeline of resource and service providers
Engagement
- Drive Learning Engagements through innovative events and initiatives
Delivery & Effectiveness
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM concepts and implementation in program delivery
- Align outcomes from a program with stakeholders and drive measurement and reporting
- Create effective quantitative and qualitative assessment frameworks for programs and ensure execution
- Enable the ecosystem to create the impact and hold the stakeholders accountable
- Drive Continuous Improvement in processes and Programs
Team Management
- Lead a high octane team to curate Learning frameworks, programs to bridge skill gaps in the organization
- Keep the team motivated and drive desired outcomes from the team by leading the way
