• Design, develop, and implement training and development initiatives based on the organization's needs.
• Formulate comprehensive training plans and schedules.
• Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and adapt training approaches to meet desired outcomes and cater to various learning styles.
• Analyze existing training programs and recommend improvements or develop new programs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conceptualize, create, test, and review training materials tailored to specific training needs.
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Engage and manage relationships with external vendors and resources for instructional technology and support.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive training documentation and administration systems.
• Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and utilization of training information and data.
• Coordinate training sessions and monitor attendance and schedules to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management to facilitate training processes.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders.
• Evaluate employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to address these areas and enhance overall performance.
• Organize and oversee in-house training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/ goals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
• 5 days work week

• Treatment Services: Perform specialized beauty treatments including scar and stretch mark repair, Pink Glow treatment, lash lift, and teeth whitening for clients.
• Client Care: Provide simple reception services to ensure clients feel welcomed and comfortable.
