Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
- Work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to boost student learning.
- Help track student progress and share updates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHCPs.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of different learning disabilities and support strategies.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping students succeed.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support.
