The Exciting Role A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Casual Trainer Assessor in Early Years/Teaching Assistant (up to Level 3) in the Apprenticeship team.
Primarily there will be at 22.5 hours (3 days) plus available.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington but may be required to travel across sites.
What You Will Be Doing: - Deliver all elements of the assessed standards including training, mentoring, learner reviews, timely feedback and assessment. Support apprentices on programme training to achieve mandatory qualifications and high grades for their End Point Assessments.
- Take a "hands-on" approach with apprentices, coaching and demonstrating best practice in line with the new Standards
- Maintain accurate student records and tracking of assessments and progress.
- Monitor the progress of students ensuring that appropriate support is provided in order to improve retention and timely achievement

- Establish and maintain good relationships with employers and apprentices.
What We Are Looking For: - GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English
- A recognised assessing qualification.
- Experience of successful delivery of Early Years and/or Teaching Assistant (up to Level 3).
