We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to work as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker, within the Learning Disability Division.
Swn yr Afon is a Specialist Residential Service for 5 people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
