Your Role as an Early Years Trainer:
As an Early Years Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face in their nurseries.
Working Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.
What You'll Do:
Work with Early Years apprentices in their nurseries and online.
Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of early years professionals.
Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
Support your apprentices with their functional skills. Explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices’ skills.
Develop relationships with employers in your area.
About You
We’re looking for passionate early years professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
Demonstrable experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar)
A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
