We\\'re looking for a Regional Care and Clinical Training Partner, with experience of delivering and developing training solutions, to join our team. A valid NMC pin number is essential as is a full UK driving licence as it is a requirement to travel across our home portfolio as part of this role.
As Regional Care and Clinical Training Partner you will lead on all clinical training initiatives, including training delivery, within our homes. This will involve supporting and upskilling of Care Managers to identify training needs within their teams and the development of associated action plans.
You will develop and coordinate all training initiatives specific to the care and clinical teams and ensure all new care and clinical staff are provided with a robust, fit for purpose induction and continuous training that encompasses all mandatory and legislative requirements.
As well as delivery internal clinical training as required, you will support the Learning and Development team with care/clinical team member development programmes, such as the Nurse Associate/Degree apprenticeship programme.
