• Location: City Hall
• Working days: Monday to Friday (Normal working hours)
• Training is provided for those with/without lesser experience
• Multiple roles available: Junior or Senior, Project and Tender

Job Responsibilities:

• Quantity take off / BOQ
• To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;
• Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;
• Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
• To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
