Role:
The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for the supervision of Clinical Training Programs for Chapters Health Systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
- Current Florida license as RN, current active single-state out-of-state nurse license, or current active multistate/compact nurse license
- Minimum of six (6) years of nursing experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of management/supervisory experience
- Minimum of two (2) years in education related role
- Previous clinical background within healthcare required; hospice setting preferred
- Certification from HPNA obtained within two (2) years of taking the position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to multiple levels
- Able to work in a fast paced, team environment utilizing time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent judgment
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment in crisis situations
- Intermittent Driver – Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy. Ability to travel off-site to meet business needs
- Up to 75% travel/Remote Training/Management

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees all Preceptors and new hires during the first 8 weeks of the new hire period to ensure pathways are consistently followed.
- Responsible for the hiring, education, onboarding, ongoing evaluation, and termination of Preceptors.
- Creates and updates the content of the preceptor program.
- Oversees the timely feedback of new hires to their managers throughout the first 8 weeks.
- Responsible for developing, organizing, and completing annual skills.
- Meets monthly to obtain feedback on the program from Executive Directors and Administrators.
- Maintains metrics dashboard related to the preceptor program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
