Training Manager required to work for CPM representing one of the most innovative companies of our time, Amazon. You will be part of a team looking after all aspects of Amazon devices in offline retail stores, delivering memorable and impactful training to retail store staff in both formal and informal settings. As our lead trainer and product expert you will be at the forefront of delivering product excellence in store. Territory covering: Brighton, Dartford, Chichester, Eastbourne, Farnborough, Greater London, Guildford, High Wycombe, Maidstone, Oxford, Portsmouth, Reading, Romford, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas
The role
As the team training manager you will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both internal and external partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, roadshows, events, and social media.
You will also be calling into electronics retailers in your territory and build great relationships with key store decision makers and will leverage this to ensure the Amazon products, fixtures and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store. Our aim is to increase sales through promoting the products in store, training staff on the benefits and features, and increasing the visibility of Amazon products. Amazon products and services are innovative, making consumers' lives easier and this is your opportunity to take ownership and make your region the best!
Your territory will be your own to make a success of, but you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.
