- Establish the training requirements (training catalogue) and qualification system for direct employees (Blue-Collar), update the training catalogue according to customer's requirements. (Customers : Manufacturing and cross-functions)
- Coordinate internal customers to develop training program for Blue-Collar and ensure the training is fulfilled the program including regular tracking of training status.
- Ensure the competence of Blue-Collar is fullfiled to target, provide the analysis, solutions to customers for level up the Blue-Collar's competences.
- Develop internal trainer program, plan and maintain the internal trainer pool.
- Be a trainer to conduct training of "Basic Shop Floor Knowledge".
- As the method owner of "Training Management in Shop Floor" to review/update the method documents and implement to relevance functions.
- Other support tasks in DBE department e.g. area coordinator of audits ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, IATF 16949, System audit, etc.
