Consults with and gathers information from Subject Matter Experts, employees, managers, and other instructors using surveys, interviews, and consultations.
After reviewing and assessing, choose the most appropriate medium, which can include manuals, guides, online learning environments, eLearning courses, webinars, workshops, and other course materials. Review, proofread and edit materials for content, spelling, grammar, flow and content as appropriate.
Design curriculum and deliver training via webinars, workshops, and group training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and work well under pressure.
Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly.
You will be responsible for communicating with participants and vendors and assist with developing the most effective programs.
You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly and should respond to work situations with minimum guidance or direction.
Handle logistics for in-person events including researching and booking venues, audio visual, food, accommodations, scheduling/wrangling presenters, obtaining presentations & reviewing, communications, day-of setup, support throughout. Be point of contact for vendors, presenters and guests. Ensure completion of and dissemination of materials including post-event follow-up
surveys and communications.
Manages projects including timelines, development of costs, development of content, audio and video recording, digitizing media, developing assessments, creating web animation, creating guides, creating online webinars and workshops, creating online courses.
Keeping track of related expenditures, scheduling, integrating different systems and other equipment, enrolling employees, evaluating existing training programs, monitoring reports and feedback as needed. Managing and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning storage software and locations.
Support and mentor new employees while also monitoring and presenting employee performance and keeping track of employee attendance.
You should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.
Evaluates emerging training technology and tools.
