**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**

As a Support Worker your key duties include:
• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.00 per hour and the annual salary is £22,464 per annum. The post holder will support the Clinical System team in the delivery of technology to staff in Primary Care, empowering process change through technology and being a champion of digital technology. You will be required to create and deliver high quality training for all primary care staff in innovative and flexible ways engaging and supporting staff with their learning and development in use of digital systems (clinical and non-clinical). Analyse and create work processes for Primary Care using clinical systems to assist with standardisation and improved efficiencies. Supporting practices to expand and develop the digital first offer by identifying training needs and developing plans for the inclusion of all practice staff to meet digital training requirements.
