Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider based in Ballarat requires an IT Support Technician to join its team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

Providing 2nd level onsite & remote support for clients.
Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 Support Engineers.
Maintaining relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Palo Alto and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a car.
