Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care team is responsible for serving as the customer’s main point of contact for quoting and placing orders for Drew products and services and assisting in the resolution to a customer’s inquiry or issue. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in maintenance, operation, equipment installation and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. The Field Service Technician must have strong business and communications skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer.
