• Oversees and manages the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Urban Wildlife Conservation Program (UWCP) within the National Wildlife Refuge System. The Urban Wildlife Conservation Program highlights best practices that engage new urban audiences, ensure access, promote sustainability, and nurture effective, new partnerships at more than 100 Urban National Wildlife Refuges and 30 Urban Partnership Cities. The UWCP strives to improve access to nature for the 80% of Americans who live in cities. Major Duties and Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

• The physiatrist should have or work towards developing knowledge and skills related to a recovery-oriented practice in chronic pain care based on biopsychosocial whole person approach.

Responsibilities include providing patient care in the PMRS setting which includes the clinical outpatient area, and subacute, and the inpatient setting as needed.

Staff psychologists at this level diagnose mental disorders, conduct psychological or neuropsychological assessments, treat mental disorders through a variety of modalities, provide adjunctive interventions for treatment of medical disorders, and may conduct research.

The following specific clinical duties will be provided by the BMED/PCMHI psychologist:

• Provide brief therapy to Veterans with mild to moderate symptoms as an element of the PACT treatment plan, including PCPs in treatment decisions and updates
• Provide same-day behavioral health functional assessments, including same-day brief interventions for presenting problems in PACT and subspecialty medical clinics
