Based within their busy international customer services department and liaising extensively with the international customer base, you will be required to handle all customer requirements from the initial enquiry through to after sales queries.

Responsibilities will include:

• The purpose of this role is to handle any customer requirements appertaining to the obtainment of the order – from the quote up until order entry. Giving the customer first class service, offering assistance such as alternative products and promotional offers. To support the Primary Care Team with several projects across the full project lifecycle (co-design, delivery, benefits review/realisation, and transition into business as usual) working to a Programme Management framework. To liaise with primary care teams across the ICB on the work programme pertaining to the Primary Care Strategy To work with GPs, GPNs and other members of the Primary Care Workforce to promote schemes, answer queries, offer support and to take and record information that can be of a complex (with the governance processes surrounding schemes) and sensitive nature (e.g., organising Peer Mentoring Sessions, taking personal information such as bank account details). To work with GPs and other professionals to develop case studies and other outcome information/data. To have sole responsibility for PCITB and PCSCIB meetings (involving clinical and non-clinical staff from across the ICB) including setting up meetings, arranging distribution of papers, agenda preparation, the taking and writing up of action notes (and the transcribing of formal minutes when appropriate) and updating of any documentation. To have day to day co-ordination of admin team members from across organisational boundaries to ensure: o that they are supported to undertake their actions from meetings o supervised where appropriate to undertake aspects of work outside their normal area of expertise e.g., completion of project highlight reports o key project milestones are met To maintain project plans and other key project documentation in line with the Primary Care Programme and Governance Processes. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Providing all front of house Receptionist duties.
• Answering the switchboard in a courteous, professional manner.
• Booking meeting rooms for staff and clients
• Providing full administrative support with the internal admin and accounts team.
• Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning, filing
• Administrative support for the client facing team HR, Wellbeing and Health and Safety.
• Be part of First aid and Fire Marshall resource (training will be given)
• Administrative support to help the management team
• Ensuring the stationery supplies are maintained appropriately, and ordering stock as required

We are pleased to be working with a busy organisation in Shrewsbury who offer specialist services throughout the county. They require an experienced Planned Maintenance Support Officer to join their friendly and helpful team, on a temporary and full-time basis, with the potential to go permanent.
Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support to officers within the Responsive Maintenance team as well as delivering other key administrative duties to the wider business. This will include handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, contractors and other relevant parties alongside inputting and maintaining data via a bespoke IT system.
Key duties involve:

• Co-ordinating diaries/work schedules of operatives alongside making appointments and raising work tickets
• Administration support to the maintenance team e.g. amending records, sending emails/letters, post opening, photocopying
• Data entry of technical documents and orders
• Maintenance of records
• Inbound and outbound calls to a range of parties, delivering excellent customer service
• Managing invoices from contractors/suppliers, verifying customer invoice details, resolving discrepancies, record keeping of payments received
• Raising sundry debtor accounts and recharges for goods and services where required
• Provide audio/copy typing, minute taking when required
• Order PPE where required

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working in the office for a 37-hour week.
