Job Purpose

- Identify and develop relationship with Customer contacts, including but not limited to decision makers, coaches, gatekeepers, influencer et al.

- Work with third party service provider like packing company, carriers, truckers or shipping lines for special projects when needed.

- Work with other DHL divisions for end-to-end supply chain solution design or cross BUs collaboration.

Internal Stakeholders

- Work with countries and internal departments such as Products, VAS, Finance, First Choice, BPO, IT and Implementation to satisfy customers’ needs and make sure service is provided smoothly.

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. The MPGS provides professional soldiers to meet armed security requirements at Royal Navy, Army, RAF and other MOD bases across the UK Mainland. Our primary role is to counter the terrorist threat posed to military bases within the UK.

Our duties include:

As an Activity Care Worker:

You will be part of the Home Care Team providing a varied program of activities to stimulate and entertain our residents.

Role and Responsibilities

Customer Service Supervisor

• Assist the manager in overseeing the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Support daily call center operations to enhance service quality.
• Manage team schedules to optimize workforce allocation.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Regularly update system information to maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers and coordinate actions/service recovery with various departments when necessary.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus but not required.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and dedicated to creating excellent customer experiences.
• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and flexible hours.
• Familiarity with contact center operating systems; prior experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
