Service Asset & Configuration Analyst
The Service Asset & Configuration Analyst is responsible for the administration, monitoring, audit and analysis of IT service assets, their configuration and components through the life cycle from the point of requisition through to decommissioning.
In this role you will maintain the standards and administer IT Service Assets and service components in the Service Portfolio, providing technical support and advice to IS technology leads, engineers and analysts, in respect of policy, process, procedures and operating standards across the Service Asset discipline within IS .
You will manage entitlement, compliance, audit and utilisation of service assets including software licenses, hardware and support contracts producing annual software assurance statements.
You will also support and administer changes to service assets through the change management process for local, regional and national technology change management.
