ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring thata high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents,maintainingthe best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Co-ordinating theresident assessmentprocess, ensuringthatthe planned careisaccurate and reflected in each individual care plan. Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers. Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer'sinstructionsand is cleanedandstored appropriatelyafteruse. Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures. UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team. ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring,supportive,honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidatemusthave: NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent. A Minimum of two years' experience in long-termcareor similarindustry. Comprehensiveunderstanding ofCQCFundamentalStandards.
