Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades. 
2. Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 
3. Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering  specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool
4. Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool. 
5. Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.
6. Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.
7. Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs.  Creates and reviews  documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans.   Presents at customer level.  Ensures field implementation.

What you can expect:

• Direct Patient Care. Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Our PCTs care for up to 4 patients at a time.
• Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
• Continuous Improvement: We are consistently looking for ways to improve processes for our patients and teammates as we aim to build the greatest health care community the world has ever seen.
• Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week. You will also be responsible for educating patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics.
• Team. Cross functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. PCTs work under the supervision of a RN.
• Schedule. Shifts can begin as early as 3:30 am and can vary based on patient needs. Your expected shift will be shared during the interview process

Some details about this position:

• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic
• Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training
• You must be flexible on the final home clinic placement as it may be in a different location; there is also the potential to float to various clinics during and after your training
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Field Service Engineer is a remote field-based position with daily travel to our customer locations within the assigned territory. Summary:
The Field Service Engineer 1 for BD Pyxis Dispensing Devices is accountable for independently providing efficient and effective field service support to all BD dispensing customers within a given territory in a

• Implement a preventive maintenance program, provide limited multi-functional support for our Sales and Implementation teams, and other support activities as applicable to the role

• Provide efficient field services to all BD customers in a timely manner, including but not limited to installations, in-servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, and sales support

Overview

• Install and service instrumentation with minimum direct supervision, as requested, by the Service Center in accordance with current ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

The Site Service Excellence Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of continuous improvement projects at key accounts across North America. What you will do

The Program Support Specialist provides oversight and responsibility for management of the portfolio of projects executed and managed by JCI. They are responsible for providing regular project communications, both internally and externally to the appropriate stakeholders so that projects are delivered on time and within budget.  Working under the direction of a Division Operations Manager, the Program Support Specialist provides a single point of contact to clients for resolution of assigned project and operational issues, and performs periodic project and program reviews, making recommendations for improvement and marshalling the implementation of those recommendations.   Actively participates in sequencing projects, adjusting timelines, and modifying scope documents to achieve Program objectives.   This position is fulltime, with the majority of time onsite at the client facilities in Sunnyvale CA, and in the field.

Staff RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians. • Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. • You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment. • Specialty in multiple renal therapies. Acute (inpatient) RNs may deliver nephrology care through Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Apheresis. • Work daily in a hospital setting. Deliver dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system, and become an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita team. • Dynamic environment. As an Acute (Inpatient) Dialysis Nurse you’ll provide specialty nephrology care within a variety of settings (ICU, CCU, ED and more). • Schedule: Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts. Schedules vary by hospital system. THE JOB 

 

This Client Support Specialist role will be delivering services to support the client’s day-to-day needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products. This role will be responsible for maintaining agreed upon service levels and are required to follow up as needed with national teams to ensure we’re providing timely problem resolution to our wide range of clients. Further responsibilities include training, sharing of best practices, and general operational support including installs and upgrades.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

 

Customer Service  

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements.  

• Coordinating upgrades and hardware replacements on/off site   

• Advise and educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a solution is provided for any technical or service questions/concerns  

• Maintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reporting  

• Provide onsite event support and afterhours office support, as necessary  

  

Ticketmaster ONE, Host System & Access Control Support  

• Keep up-to-date working knowledge of Ticketmaster ONE web portal  

• Remain current with new software/product releases for HOST, TM1 Entry, Archtics, Account Manager, and for all other technology products   Create/modify reports, including Autypes, Repgens, Mopreps, and other advanced reporting  

• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing maintenance  

• Act as an expert in all facets of access control products  

• Basic Knowledge of Event Programming, as it relates to sales channels and consumer experience.  

• Identify and assist in resolving event related errors  

  

Product Support  

•  Communicate TM product updates, new features and functionality to clients  

• Provide support and best practices to the client for all TM products  

• Assist with new manifest creation  

• Initial and ongoing training of new features and functionality  

• Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues  

• Providing coordination services of a networking issues between client and in-house IT teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)  

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment, preferably in customer/client support roles  

• Experience with the Ticketmaster system and/or various ticketing systems is a bonus!  

• Box Office experience is considered an asset  

• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities   

• Strong verbal and written communication skills  

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel  

• A passion for live events and strong desire to assist our clients in creating the ultimate fan experience  

• Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, Repgen, Archtics, and the Event Base product suite is a bonus!  

• Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required

Additionally, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for collaborating with multi-functional teams within our Global Customer Support organization to understand and be critical to our customer and business needs from end to end.

The Field Service Engineer is a remote field-based position with daily travel to our customer locations within the assigned territory. Ideal candidates will reside within a 30-mile radius of Denver Colorado. Company vehicle provided. 5% overnight travel possible and a valid driver’s license is required.

Accountabilities of The BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer 1 role:

• They will provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities within the region and in accordance with our customer support agreements, best-in-class of DHA/DoD facilities

• Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues regarding proprietary hardware and software system components, retain ownership of the work order, escalate issues to the team lead and manager; log, track, and document all work order activity, and be capable of fully supporting all products within the region.

• Execute a preventive maintenance program, provide limited multi-functional support for our Sales and Implementation teams, and other support activities as applicable to the role

• Demonstrate a moderate use of competency and an appropriate ability to tackle hardware and software problems

• Provide efficient field services to all BD customers in a timely manner, including but not limited to installations, in-servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, and sales support

• Maintain proper and accurate small parts inventory for the purpose of service and follow approved policies and procedures for inventory controls

• Provide accurate and timely documentation that details field activity, expenses, time distribution and other information as required

• Continue training and self-development to learn the products and applications of the company for success in the role, advance skillsets, and attend management approved seminars and training sessions to advance to the next level in 2-3 years

• Maintain company assets (car, tools, and inventories) securely and in working order

• Possess and maintain a solid understanding of corporate and service department procedures and policies, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment, and engage/advance to team leadership for sophisticated solving and resolution of issues as needed.

Qualifications for the BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer 1 role:

• Associate Degree in Healthcare Technology or other technical field, or 3-5 years of related work experience

• 3-5 years of combination Hardware/Software/IT experience supporting both proprietary and standard applications

• 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment, required

• Good mechanical, computer, verbal, written, and time management skills, required

• Computer electronics, Windows OS, network experience, required

• Customer Support Certification, a plus

• Prior experience working as a hospital pharmacy technician or in a hospital Bio-Med environment, a plus

• Prior military Bio-Med experience, a plus

• Prior Automated Teller Machine (ATM) experience, a plus

• Must be able to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal degree of supervision

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

• Upon hire, must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform crucial job functions.
