Summary:

Job Summary

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 6 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience
* Experience with As a Service technologies
* Experience with Cloud Orchestration and Management technologies
* Experience with Monitoring and Event Management technologies
* Experience with Automation technologies
•  Proficient in implementing and operating Ansible and Terraform automation and orchestration tools, and experience with platforms like AAP or other Modern Cloud Resource Management Tools.
•  Possesses expert-level knowledge in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Satellite.
•  Demonstrated experience in designing solutions that are sustainable across a larger audience.
•  Deep foundational infrastructure expertise to drive enterprise-level automation culture and assist in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) roadmap. 
•  Displays persistence in driving change across various departments, ensuring the adoption of innovative practices and methodologies for on-prem and cloud.
•  Establishes best practices in automation, contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness. 
•  Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience in automation, offering best practice guidance. 
•  Proficient in using modern development tools and environments such as GIT, Docker, and Kubernetes. 
•  Senior-level expertise in Yaml and Python is mandatory. 
•  Skilled in creating pipelines and automation for deploying Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) workloads via Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). 
•  Possesses knowledge and experience in security and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Job Summary

**Note: This role is hybrid/flex role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in office & 2 days remote**

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Business OR 6 years experience.
• 4 years experience in Medical claims, customer service, physician office or hospital or healthcare environment
• 3 years experience in a position which requires in-depth physician/provider relations, including but not limited to, contracting and reimbursement issues.
• Ability to negotiate and contract with healthcare providers.
• Platform skills; organizational and planning skills; and ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior territory management experience.
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Claims
• Knowledge of BCBSTX claims processing systems
• Billing and Coding Background
• TMHP Knowledge
• HHSC Knowledge
