Your role will be an Associate Commercial Practitioner (HEO) within the sub-category Business Services Team in the wider ABBSER Category.

The role’s overriding responsibility is to support commercial activities across the sub-category encompassing the full commercial lifecycle. Your role will be supporting the procurement and contract management of a portfolio of contracts throughout the commercial lifecycle. Full training will be provided on all aspects of commercial activity.

Support the contributions towards supplier cost savings targets, and initiatives that increase efficiency whilst maintaining performance and risk management.
Supporting the development, review and execution of contracts including supporting negotiation where required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Baird House Hub, Liverpool, for a highly motivated and enthusiastic full time Support Medical Secretary to join our Administrative Team supporting the Community Mental Health Teams.

The post holder is expected to work closely with the services to type clinical correspondence in a timely manner to achieve KPIs.

The post holder will be expected to work with a flexible approach, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with service user/staff information.
