JOB PURPOSE:
Overall responsibility for LEROY SOMER alternators service sales and promotion in South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand to meet bookings & service sales targets and to provide the full spectrum of support.
JOB DETAILS
The job holder should be responsible for the following:
• Sell service, whether spare parts, work on site, machine replacement, or workshop services at targeted customer segments.
• Establishing good relationship with end user and service partners to capture growth.
• He will make technical visits on site to quote service projects. He can rely on the application/technical support engineer to understand and analyze the situation of the machine at the customer’s site, propose our technical solution and articulate it in front of the customer.
• Development program with distributorship in the region.
• Prepare technical & commercial offers against client requirements (max. value 500,000US$ without manager review).
• Liaise with sales administration & finance teams to ensure effective & profitable sales.
• Coordination with manufacturing facilities to facilitate on-time delivery.
• Forecast budget & action plan.
• Keep CRM updated ( Saleforce ) on very regular basis.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report for visits, offers.
• Adhere to local and international trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices (reference LEROY SOMER Trade Compliance Procedure).
• Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
Education and Qualification(s): Qualified to degree level in engineering / bachelor in electrical discipline
Experience: Relevant market & industry knowledge 5 years minimum
Language & level: Excellent English
