Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of issues to vendors for quick resolution, applying upgrade/patches to computer systems installation and upgrade of computer application software, regular IT reviews, etc.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received directly from users.
Provide a timely support to users with desktop related issues (both hardware and software).
Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals).
Perform basic network LAN switching troubleshooting.
Provide proper escalation for unresolvable issues
Updating of documentation of systems and manual standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
Any other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are encouraged to apply.
Foundation knowledge in managing Window Servers.
Profound experience in network management and help desk support.
Good practical experience of managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting and mitigating issues.
Foundation knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
Additional certification (ITIL v3/4, CompTIA Network+٫ CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage.
