What you'll do...

Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).

Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance and providing feedback; identifying training and development needs and providing opportunities for learning and growth; teaching, supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders and managers.
Oversee the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs by identifying ways to increase building efficiencies and maintain inventory integrity; and ensuring systems/processes are implemented for the corrective actions (slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, managing outside storage, damages and strays, tracking and reporting close date product, hazardous material processing).
Oversee the execution of systems operations by ensuring appropriate hardware and software maintenance, installation of new replacement or additional systems, necessary repairs are completed on existing systems, and development and troubleshooting involving the appropriate corporate partner (Information Systems Division, vendor, Logistics Regional and Divisional Systems Manager).

About the Role:

The Site Service Excellence Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of continuous improvement projects at key accounts across North America. This role will require a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, as well as the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Job Description

• Pay: $100,000-$115,000.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm).

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that align with Service Excellence, Clientricity and Client Service strategic goals. Partner with Client Services and Service Excellence teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of project progress and to obtain buy-in for project decisions.
• Track and report on project metrics to measure success.
• Work closely with all levels of Client Services management to ensure thorough and consistent communication and distribution of information. Researches and stays current with Project Management best practices and is actively involved in business case development for new projects.
• Works with site leadership on data gathering and programming for program-related projects, build-outs, and modifications. Manages document management, project status reporting, and end of project close-out.
• Regularly reviews and ensures compliance with department policies and procedures. Maintains department files in project management system.
• Ensures compliance to scope of work.
• Sets strategy and supporting operations for scope of work.
• Reporting, RCA Facilitation. Customer interaction and communication.
• Support and facilitate standards, measuring and reporting performance to standards Technology platforms, equipment, and work order system oversight.
• Performs quality audits, facilitates program for leadership audits and reporting. Partner with Safety and Operation for Training and Development.
• Operations support.
• Document Control, SOP control and BE site Owner QBR creation.
