What will you be doing?

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of the care home. As a regulated entity, we require the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and to have good knowledge in all relevant legislation and regulations. Your role will involve ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals dedicated to delivering person-centered care.
• Ensure the home complies with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintains excellent standards of care and support.
• Manage the home’s budget.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

About you

With your previous experience in care leadership, and NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to undertake, you'll join our team in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Funciones generales:

• Organizar, administrar y liderear adecuadamente a un grupo de ejecutivos de Call Center Cobranza para que puedan trabajar en armonía cumpliendo los objetivos y/o metas indicadas en la estrategia.
• Ayudar en la formulación de objetivos para cada Ejecutivo y como equipo.
• Prever derivaciones y asumir llamadas cuando resulte necesario.

• Trabajar con las llamadas realizadas por los Ejecutivos para entender y/o mejorar las necesidades de los clientes, detectar cualquier posible error y/o desviación en el proceso de cargo y/o aplicación de la cobranza.
• Realizar informes sobre el desempeño de los agentes/ejecutivos y recuperación como la presentación a negocio de las posibles mejoras detectadas por el proceso de voz del cliente.
• Liderar las acciones operativas de cobranza vs otras áreas con la finalidad de superar los estándares de recuperación.
• Asesorar y retroalimentar a los Ejecutivos de Cobranza para el cumplimiento diario de llamadas y contacto con el cliente como el aseguramiento de calidad en dichas llamadas.
