We are looking for a strong Administrator with a solid background in logistics and customer service. The role will be totally office based at their location on the Medway City Estate.

The role will involve being responsible for order processing and managing our client's in-house system whilst liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to have previous experience within a supply chain role, ideally with stock management and a understanding of either an ERP or MRP system. This is a fast pace environment so you will need to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner. You will need to offer flexibility as well as a positive, pro-active attitude.

This role offers a good salary and benefits package which includes:

As a Workday Sales Executive, you will increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their needs and provide customized solutions.
 

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales goal for Workday deployment and optimization services

• Setting and executing sales strategies and leading the development of sales plan targeting new clients

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Collecting and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales approach

• Shaping the product solutions narrative while delivering best in class solutions to clients

• Identifying suitable value propositions, product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models

• Providing input on pricing decisions striving to sell our value at the highest possible profit margin

• Maximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com

Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities. Must sell value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the business

• Recognize opportunities to help with growth and expansion while demonstrating great analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understand the various components of Workday technology. Have a broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions

• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level

• Understand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions

• Be able to identify and target potential clients on the West Coast

• 5+ years of direct selling experience. Demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in the Cloud solutions

• Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees

• Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales

• Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience
