You will be part of a small team working to support ESR users throughout ESHT. You will need to be able to prioritise work to deadlines as well as have excellent communication, organisational skills and high attention to detail. A good sense of humour is always an added bonus!

1. Prioritise and input confidential and sometimes sensitive staff changes and leavers into the HR System (ESR), ensuring correct authorisation and Finance approval where required. Ensure high level of accuracy to ensure the employee is paid correctly and to meet payroll deadlines.

2. Monitoring quality and accuracy of data received from Managers and other ESR Users, identifying and resolving any queries.

3. Provide specialist ESR system advice to user across the trust at all levels


4. Provide support to ESR Employee Self Service users, including issuing usernames and passwords and assistance with initial access and navigation of the screens via email and user helpline. This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Assistance to users requires a high level of patience and accuracy of explanation


5. Provide support to managers and ESR Supervisor Self Service users including how to gain access and navigation of the screen via the user helpline.

Our St Helens Mental Health Recovery & Psychology Team are looking to recruit a band 6 Senior Nurse Practitioner full time on a permanent contract. We are a supportive, well-resourced and dedicated team and there will be opportunities for professional development within the role.

We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, to work alongside our large multidisciplinary team. A special interest in therapeutic interventions would suit the applicant and a full induction and training will be provided to the right candidate.

About the role

Executive Support Officer

Working within the Corporate Core this will be a key role in supporting the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet working across the organisation and partners locally, regionally and nationally. The role will provide strategic advice to the Leader and Cabinet on current issues and other matters impacting on Council policies. It will also support the Leader in his lead role in the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).

Key responsibilities

• Working with the Leader and Cabinet in support of the development of policies and strategies.
• Deliver accurate and timely advice to the Leader on current issues including advice on local and national policy proposals affecting the people of Bury and the social and economic wellbeing of the Borough, ensuring there are links with Cabinet Member portfolios and members of the Executive Team.
• To research, prepare briefing papers, develop policy proposals and prepare responses on a wide range of issues for the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet. This to include reading and analysing agenda papers, minutes and reports to identify issues of interest and to prepare briefings for the Leader.
• To co-ordinate responses to Council questions.

The Sycamore CE Trust are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly motivated administrator to join our Trust Central Team. Our Business Support Administrator will be involved in supporting various business projects and will need to demonstrate the drive and initiative to ensure completion of varied, and complex, tasks. This is an ideal opportunity to apply previous business experience within an education setting where your role will impact upon raising outcomes for children. About the role

Do you have an excellent understanding and extensive experience in SEND? Are you a skilled and compassionate leader? If so, this may be the opportunity for you. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior EHC Assessment and Review Officer for a 2 year fixed-term contract. The role is complex, fast paced, varied, and rewarding, advising and guiding our EHC Officers, managing our most complex cases, including representing the LA at mediation and SENDIST appeal, and ensuring that our statutory work is of a high quality and legally compliant. The Team works in line with all the requirements as set out in the SEND Code of Practice and our Senior EHC Officers require a very strong knowledge of SEND legislation as well as an excellent understanding of how young people with SEND can be supported in Education. Due to the range of duties and high expectations for timeliness and communication the EHC Assessment and Review Team has to work very much as a team.

This role will require the successful candidate to be based at 3 Knowsley Place, opposite the Town Hall and to report to the EHC Assessment and Review Team Manager. Normal hours of work are based around the usual business working week.
