We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Administration Assistant, to support the Trusted Assessors Team atThe Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the intermediate care team and clerical support within a health care setting.
The post holder will be flexible when managing workload and accommodating the requirements of teams. also ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures.
The role will include some duties, including diary management, minute taking, filing, typing and on a monthly basis assisting with performance reporting, placement of oracle orders, room bookings, and undertaking day to day supervision of staff.
